When you're creating your sales funnel, it's important to do everything in your power to not let your visitor dead-end at your site. You need to implement a strategy to get them to refer others they know in order to receive an incentive. There may be a number of widgets for this, but here's a free one I found today. This strategy will not work for everyone, but people who are selling non-niche products will find adding a viral component to their web strategy essential.
